The Tamworth Wild Garlic sausages were absolutely delicious. Full of flavour, really meaty and nothing like supermarket sausages. You can genuinely taste the quality of the pork and the wild garlic gives them a lovely depth without being overpowering. They cooked beautifully and were probably some of the best sausages we’ve had in a very long time. It’s so refreshing to find a local butcher producing food to this standard. Highly recommended.
