‘Jumpy’ Traditional Jumbo Pork Sausages

A plain Tamworth jumbo pork sausage perfect for BBQs, especially in a hotdog!

These sausages are even more special as they’re made exclusively using meat from one of our pigs – Jumpy. Jumpy used to jump any & every fence, had no care in the world and did what she wanted. When she got too aggressive, we had no choice but to turn her into sausages.
